The Exceptional Family Member Program Resource Guide contains information about programs and other resources in Yuma, AZ community. The Guide is limited, but it does cover most common and accessible programs and support groups within the area. View the Resource Guide.
The one-page Quick Reference Guide is a simple and quick guide to the most common EFMP resources on base and local community.
The Exceptional Family Member Brochure gives explanations for the program, resources, trainings and other services provided to families.
The Education Directory for Children with Special Needs provides families of military dependents with special needs the information they need to make informed assignment decisions and easier transitions. The Education Directory consists of two components: The Early Intervention Directory focusing on early intervention services for children birth-3 years old and The School-Age Directory focusing on education services for children with special needs, 3-21 years of age.
The EFMP Overview is a short online presentation which provides an overview of the Exceptional Family Member Program including: enrollment, assignment coordination, and family support.
