Station Gym Menu
The Station Gym is here for all of your fitness needs- Open to patrons with base access, the Station Gym has state of the art equipment and training to help you achieve your fitness goals. We currently have 4 rooms for your use:
Strength Training Room & the Warrior's Den
- Olympic free weight benches
- Squat racks
- Cable machines
- Dumbells ranging from 5-150 lbs.
- Elliptical trainers
- Step mills
- Stationary Bikes
- 2 ALTER G (anti-gravity) treadmills
- Stretching area
- Heavy Bags
- Speed Bags

The Station Gym also houses a full-size basketball court with challenge hours and pick-up games at various times throughout the day. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms, and gym towel service. Personal trainers are available upon request.
The HITT Center is located outside on the northwest corner of Station Gym. It includes a shade structure with rubberized flooring, three 20ft HITT training lockers, and a three story climbing wall.
It’s the month of the Deadlift! Patrons aboard MCAS Yuma are encouraged to deadlift during the month of December, and participate in a max-out party before the year's end on 28 Dec from 0600-1800 at the Station Gym. Patrons can post their progress using #deadcember #strongcorps on Instagram. All participants will receive massive strength gains, fear from their enemies and impressive stares from onlookers!
